تهدف جامعة شرق بورسعيد الاهلية الى إعداد الكوادر البشـرية المؤهلة والمدربة وفقا لمتطلبات سوق العمل من خلال تقديم برامج اكاديمية ومهنية مميزه وبناء قدرات الباحثين بالمعرفة والتقنيات الحديثة للقيام بأبحاث تطبيقية تسهم في إيجاد حلول مبتكرة للمشكلات.
The Mission of East Port Said National University
East of Port Said National University aims to prepare qualified and trained human cadres in accordance with the requirements of the labor market by providing distinguished academic and professional programs and building the capabilities of researchers with modern knowledge and techniques to carry out applied research that contributes to finding innovative solutions to problems.
القيم الحاكمة لجامعة شرق بورسعيد الاهلية:
- الإتقان والجودة: بذل الجهد في تجويد العمل والالتزام بالتطوير المستمر من خلال القدرة على مزج المهارات بالمعرفة والتطبيق العملي والتأمل، والممارسة،والاستقصاء، والاكتشاف.
- العمل بروح الفريق: هو العمليات المشتركة أو التعاونية التي يقوم بها مجموعة من الأفراد، بحيث يضحي كل واحد منهم بمصالحه وآرائه ووجهات نظره الشخصية لصالح وحدة وفاعلية مجموعة العمل بشكل يدعم جهودها الرامية إلى تحقيق أحد الأهداف النهائية المشتركة.
- الأصالة: احترام قيم وعادات وتقاليد وتراث المجتمع والحفاظ عليها، وتعني كذلك التطوير المستمر لثقافة اﻟمجتمع ودعم استدامتها.
- الإبداع: هو توليد، أو ابتكار أفكار، أو بدائل، أو مقترحات يمكن أن تفيد عملياً في حل المشكلات والتواصل والتفاعل مع الآخرين وتحقيق الرفاهية سواء للفرد أو المجتمع.
- المبادرة: وهي القدرة على ابتداء المشاريع والأفكار، وأخذ زمام المبادرة وتحمل المسئولية عن إنجاز المهام المطلوبة ومتابعة أداء الخطط أو المهام والرغبة
والاستعداد للاستجابة السريعة للتغيرات المحيطة.
The governing values of East Port Said National University

· Creativity: Generating or innovating ideas, alternatives or proposals that can be of practical use in solving problems, communicating and interacting with others and achieving well-being for both the individual and the community.
· Initiative: The ability to start projects and ideas, take the initiative and take responsibility for the fulfilment of the required tasks and follow up the performance of plans or tasks and desire and prepare for a rapid response to the surrounding changes
